Le Coste, Olio 2020
Last year’s olive harvest was a beautiful one around Lago di Bolsena. This is a selection of their best olives from the first two weeks of harvest in October, each cold pressed daily. It is mostly based on the Leccino variety, with smaller amounts of both Canino and Frantoio. A little more fruity and fragrant than previous years, this is incredibly vibrant oil that is sure to bring a lot of joy to any table.
